Our garlic granules are so simple and easy to use, as well as having a much longer shelf-life than fresh garlic. The taste isn't compromised on either as this product is incredibly fragrant and flavourful. You can use these garlic granules just like you would with fresh produce - add them into fried or baked vegetables, mushrooms and other foods for a garlic-kick.
You can also use these garlic granules to help infuse tomato based dishes with some extra flavour, and the same for soups, curries and stews. Alternatively you can grind these garlic granules with pink Himalayan salt, or whatever else you may see fit, to create your very own special (garlic flavoured) seasoning.
