Mincemeat with Cognac

This sweet melody of apples, raisins, currants, sultanas and almonds is beautifully contrasted with twists of lemon and orange juice, lemon zest and warming splash of fine cognac. It's all rounded off with a dash of cinnamon and mixed spice to make the perfect filling for your homemade mince pies.
