This can be used as a main meal, or as a side dish or the base for a large meal. It can be accompanied by other vegetables or meat, or served by itself. It's versatile and tasty!
Directions
Use 1 cup (50g) per person.
Put in a saucepan with enough boiling water to cover the quinoa plus 2cm.
Bring to the boil and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes.
Serve! There is no need to drain, as the water is absorbed into the quinoa.
