Make slightly purple coloured infusion.
Brew: 2.5g in 250ml water at 70°C for 2-3 minutes.
Cultivar: TRFK306 'Purple Leaf'.
It can be brewed multiple times.
Due to the high content of antioxidants in the tea,
the steeped liquor changes colour when you add a couple drops of lemon to it. The
liquor changes into a beautiful purple hue due to a reaction with the anthocyanin ph indicators naturally present in the tea.
