Our pomelo peel is dried, diced and candied making it ready to use right to use right away in recipes or as a snack exactly how it is. Pomelo is extremely high in vitamin C, making it a fantastic antioxidant fruit and ingredient to incorporate into your diet. Antioxidants can prevent and reverse damage caused by free radicals and also have anti-ageing properties for your skin.
There are various ways that you can use our dried and diced pomelo. You can use this to make marmalade, just as you would with oranges or lemons, or add the dices into either sweet or savoury salads for a citrus kick. Similarly, pomelo can be used in soups or with seafood dishes for that same fresh, zingy flavour.
