Directions

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Relax Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, pelargonium roseum (rose geranium) leaf oil, citrus aurantium bergamia (bergamot) peel oil, citronellol, limonene, linalool, geraniol.
