Vegan Smoked 'Mozzarella'
MozzaRisella Smoked is a 100% fresh pasteurised plant-based cheese alternative and it's preservative-free. Its main ingredients are all-natural and certified by the European Regulation for Organic Agriculture, so no chemical substances or synthetic molecules are used. The natural flavourings used are strictly declared free of animal-derived substances and are therefore vegan-friendly.
HOW TO USE:
Its characteristic smoky taste gives it a unique flavour to enrich simple and quick dishes. Excellent eaten on its own, but also when cooked as it melts perfectly. Delicious addition to sandwiches, bruschetta, pizzas, wraps, fresh salads, and savoury pies.
Preparation based on Bio SuRice® * 46% (water, sprouted brown rice * 20.8%, salt, apple vinegar), water, cold-pressed coconut oil, lemon juice. Thickeners: agar-agar, gum arabic, xanthan gum, carob seed flour, natural flavouring, turmeric 0.01% (FROM ORGANIC FARMING).
