Basil is one of the most commonly-used herbs in European Cuisine, and features particularly heavily in Italian meals. It is often used in combination with the other Italian Herbs.

Directions

You can use basil in almost any meal. It is excellent in herb dressings, salads, Italian sauces and bologneses, garlic bread, pizza bread, pizza, pasta, and many other Italian-style meals.
