TOP TEN TIPS FOR BULK BUYING
Bulk buying is an excellent way to fill your cupboards while cutting down on food costs. Gram for gram, our products are cheaper than the supermarket equivalents AND of a much higher quality. Here are our top ten recommendations for bulk buying!

Dried beans and lentils are great products to have at hand. They are high in protein and are a fantastic bulking agent for soups, stews and curries. Dried pulses are more cost effective than their canned equivalent. They’re arguably tastier too, especially if you cook them in aromatic broth!
Yes, dried pulses will need to be soaked before cooking, but believe us – it’s worth the effort! We speed up cooking times by soaking our beans overnight and cooking them in our pressure cooker. Store your pulses in airtight containers out of sunlight to make your beans last longer!
Oats are such a versatile ingredient. Not only are they super healthy but they also have a great shelf life! We sell both jumbo oats and rolled oats in whopping 2kg bags for as little as £3.49! Freezing oats in an airtight container is a great way to extend the shelf life.
Freeze-dried fruit is one of our favourite ways to ensure that we have our favourite fruits on hand all year round. Freeze-drying is a process that removes the water from a product whilst preserving it, granting it a much longer shelf-life without losing the nutrients and vitamins that make fruit so great!
We sell a huge range of freeze-dried fruit, which can be added to cereals, smoothies, cakes and bakes. We love snacking on freeze-dried fruit as a healthy alternative to crisps.
Rice is a fantastic grain to stock up on. We have a huge range of different rice varieties. From short grain to pudding rice, brown basmati to mixed wild rice. The perfect addition to your curries, stir fries, puddings, paellas and stews! We also sell our rice in 25kg sacks. Click here to see the full range!
Sometimes a regular jar of nut butter just won’t cut it. Our 1kg pots of nut butters are a food cupboard essential, whether it’s for spooning onto our toast, porridge, bakes… or even straight into our mouths!
Dried fruit is really nutritious and a great source of fibre. One of the advantages of dried fruit over fresh fruit is that it has a much longer shelf-life. We have a great range of unsweetened dried fruit, perfect for snacking, baking and cooking. Don’t forget to store dried fruit out of direct sunlight and in an airtight container!
Freeze-dried vegetables are fantastic to have on hand at all times of the year. Made in the same way as our freeze-dried fruit, our vegetables retain their nutritional benefits and have a fantastic shelf life. So you can stock up, worry-free!
We love that the vegetables come pre-chopped. It means we can enjoy our favourite veg with far less hassle (yes onions, I’m looking at you!)
Freezing nuts is a great way to make the most of your produce. Pop your favourite nuts into a sealed container, then pop them in the freezer, and you can extend the shelf life considerably. Nuts are a great ingredient to have around. They can be added to cakes, bakes, cereals and trail mixes! You can also grind them up to make a gluten-free alternative to wheat-based flour. We love adding ground almonds to cakes.
We love our bumper 1kg packs of cacao powder. Our top tip is to keep it in a sealed airtight glass jar, out of direct sunlight. We use it in everything – it’s a great way of imparting a rich, chocolatey flavour to recipes. Cacao powder is stronger than cocoa powder, so you don’t need much. We find that our 1kg bag lasts for quite a while. Don’t forget, as with all our products, if you buy three or more of the same product you’ll get a further 5% off!
We cannot tell you how happy freeze-dried herbs make us! All the flavours of fresh herbs, but with the shelf life of dried herbs. It’s the simplest way to have your favourite herbs to hand, all year round. We love fresh herbs, but hate how we can never seem to use a whole pack. We find freeze-dried herbs really help us combat food waste by allowing us to use what we want, when we need it, without worry.
