60ml Melted Cacao Butter
Organic Ground Almonds (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
10 Tbsp Ground Almonds
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Fine Oatmeal, Organic 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 Tbsp Fine Oatmeal
Organic Blanched Almonds (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
9 Blanched Almonds

- 50ml Hot Water
Method
- Dissolve coconut sugar in 50ml hot water.
- In a bowl, mix cacao butter, ground almonds, fine oatmeal, coconut sugar and water, and work the dough with your hands.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the truffles with your fingers. Don’t forget to put an almond in each!
- Roll each truffle in ground almonds and then dust with raspberry powder.
- Put in the fridge for a further hour.
- Enjoy!
