Organic Rolled Porridge Oats (2kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
80g Rolled Oats
Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
Vanilla Paste 100ml (LittlePod)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Paste
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
2 tsp Coconut Sugar
Organic Brown Flax seeds (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
1 tbsp Brown Flax Seed
Hazelnut Drink, Organic 1 Litre (Rude Health)
150ml Hazelnut Milk
Greek Style Almond and Coconut Yoghurt 350g (The Coconut Collaborative)
2 heaped tbsp Yoghurt
Other Ingredients
Suggested toppings: Peanut Butter, Coconut Flakes, Peaches, Mulberries and Bee Pollen
Method
- Add the oats, cinnamon, vanilla, coconut sugar, flaxseed and milk into a bowl. Mix well.
- Stir in the yoghurt.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Serve the next morning with your favourite toppings!
