Organic Porridge Oats (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
20g Gluten-free Porridge Oats, soaked overnight (Maca Powder)
Smooth Almond Butter 170g(Meridian)
2 Tbsp Almond Butter
Rice Dream Organic Rice Drink 1litre
400ml (100ml for pre-soaking the oats) Rice Milk
2 Tbsp Carob Powder
Maca Powder 300g, Organic (Rainforest Foods)
1 Tbsp Maca Powder
Organic Medjool Dates (500g) - Sussex WholeFoods
2-3 Medjool Dates, stones removed
Ground Cloves 50g (Hampshire Foods)
¼ tsp Ground Cloves

Method
- The night before or a minimum of 4 hours before you want your smoothie soak the Gluten-free Porridge Oats in around 100ml of the Rice Milk – we stored ours in the fridge overnight.
- Once soaked add the whole mixture to a liquidiser and spoon in the Almond Butter, Carob Powder, Maca Powder and Ground Cloves.
- Add the remainder of the Rice Milk (around 300ml) and the Medjool dates. Blend for 30 seconds.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Then serve.
