230g Oats
Organic Broken Walnuts 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
60g Walnuts - chopped
Organic Raw Cacao Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
15-20g Cocoa Powder
Organic Pea Protein Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 tbsp Protein Powder
Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Organic 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
½ tsp Baking Powder
Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)
75g Maple Syrup
500ml Almond Milk
Vanilla Paste 100ml (LittlePod)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
70% Dark Chocolate 90g (Divine)
Dark Chocolate - chopped

- 1 medium size ripe banana
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cover a baking dish with cooking oil or butter.
- In a large bowl, mix together oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
- In another bowl, mash a banana and whisk in milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
- Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts, mix well.
- Pour the mix into the baking dish, add more chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 35 (for softer texture) or 45 (for firmer texture) minutes.
- Let it cool for at least 25 minutes before serving.
