Brownie Baked Oats

  • 1 medium size ripe banana

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cover a baking dish with cooking oil or butter.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, baking powder and salt.
  4. In another bowl, mash a banana and whisk in milk, coconut oil, vanilla extract and maple syrup.
  5. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts, mix well.
  6. Pour the mix into the baking dish, add more chocolate chips on top.
  7. Bake for 35 (for softer texture) or 45 (for firmer texture) minutes.
  8. Let it cool for at least 25 minutes before serving.
