Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder (100g) - Sussex Wholefoods
1 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
Organic Ginger Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tbsp Ginger Powder
Organic Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg
Organic Cardamom Seed Powder 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
Organic Ground Cloves 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
4 tsp Coconut Sugar
200ml Soya Milk

Method
- Prepare your chai mix – combine cinnamon, ginger powder, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom powder in a little bowl. Store your mix in an airtight container.
- Mix 1 teaspoon of your chai mix with a little hot water. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Heat the milk in a small saucepan over a low heat until warm.
- Once lightly steaming, froth the milk with a frother or whisk to create some foam.
- Pour your hot milk into the glass with your chai and coconut sugar water.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy!
