Organic Chick Peas 350g (Biona)
Cooked Chickpeas - 1 jar
Clearspring Green Nori Seaweed Flakes/Sprinkle 20g
Nori Sprinkle - 1tsp (optional)
Organic Gherkins 350g (Clearspring)
Gherkins 200g ?
Original Vegenaise 340g (Follow Your Heart)
Vegan Mayo 3tbsp??
Dijon Mustard, Organic 200g (Biona)
Dijon Mustard 1tsp
Fine Black Salt (Kala Namak) 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.25tsp Black Salt
Organic Black Peppercorns 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
freshly ground Pepper - to taste
Other Ingredients
- 1 medium-sized red onion
Method
- Drain your chickpeas, transfer them to a bowl and smash using a fork.
- Chop your onion and gherkins into small cubes.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Taste and season according to taste.
- Serve and enjoy!
