Unblanched Almonds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
150g Almonds
70% Cocoa Dark Chocolate, Organic 90g (Green & Blacks)
180g Dark Chocolate
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 500ml (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Coconut Oil (optional)
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
a pinch of salt (optional)
Method
- Gently toast your almonds for about 7-10 minutes on a dry pan until slightly golden. Leave to cool.
- Melt the dark chocolate in a little bowl over boiling water. Add salt and coconut oil if you’re using any.
- Dip the almonds in the chocolate carefully to coat them, shake off excess chocolate and place them on the baking paper. Leave to set.
- Once the chocolate is set, remove from the fridge and enjoy!
