75g chia seeds
Organic Cocoa Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
12g cocoa powder
Almond Barista Drink 1l (Rude Health)
535ml almond milk
Organic Smooth Peanut Butter 470g (Meridian)
2tbsp peanut butter
Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)
3 tbsp maple syrup
Vanilla Paste 100ml (LittlePod)
2tsp vanilla extract
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)

Method

- In a medium bowl, mix together 8 tbsp chia seeds, 375ml almond milk, 12g cocoa powder, 2tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
- In another bowl, mix together 3 tbsp chia seeds, 160ml milk, peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1/2 tsp vanilla and a pinch of salt.
- Place in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
- To serve, place 2tbsp of chocolate mix on the bottom of the cup or a bowl, add peanut butter mix, add another layer of chocolate chia mix, sprinkle with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
