Silken Tofu [Firm] 349g (Mori-Nu)
349g Silken tofu
Organic Raw Cacao Powder 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 tbsp Cacao powder
Organic Chocolate Drops 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tbsp Chocolate drops (as a topping)
Organic Pea Protein Powder 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
100g Organic Pea Protein Powder
Vanilla Powder Grade A 25g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
Organic Pure Dark Canadian Maple Syrup 248ml (St Lawrence Gold)
3 tbsp maple syrup
Ultimate Almond Milk, Organic 1 Litre (Rude Health)
50ml Almond milk
Method
- Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) together until smooth.
- Divide the pudding unto 2 ramekins or small bowls and chill overnight. Top with greek yoghurt or chocolate chips or your favourite chopped nuts. Enjoy throughout the week as a protein-rich snack!
