Chocolate Protein Pudding

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients (except the chocolate chips) together until smooth.
  2. Divide the pudding unto 2 ramekins or small bowls and chill overnight. Top with greek yoghurt or chocolate chips or your favourite chopped nuts. Enjoy throughout the week as a protein-rich snack!
