2 tbsp Ground Flax
Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
40g melted Coconut Oil
True Cinnamon Powder 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
pinch of nutmeg
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.25 tsp salt
Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)
5 tbsp Maple Syrup
Method
- Preheat your oven to 140°C.
- Layer a baking dish with baking paper.
- Mix oats and nuts in a big mixing bowl. Add cinnamon and ground flax.
- Melt coconut oil (or butter) and mix it with maple syrup. Pour over your granola mix and mix well.
- Place on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
