- Very quick and easy to make, delicious and healthy nut snack!
- We used coconut sugar and erythritol, but you can swap it for any granulated sweetener of your choice.

Unblanched Almonds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
150g Almonds
Organic Coconut Sugar 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
1.5 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Granulated Erythritol 300g (NKD LIVING)
1.5 tbsp Erythritol
Cinnamon Powder 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 heaped tsp Cinnamon Powder
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
a pinch of salt
Other Ingredients
- 2 tbs water
Method
- Place all ingredients in a shallow saucepan (apart from almonds) and mix well.
- Turn the heat up to medium and mix until the sweetener is dissolved.
- Add your almonds and mix well to coat them in your sweet cinnamon mix.
- When you can see the almonds are covered and the coating starts thickening, remove your pan from the heat.
- Gently place the almonds on baking paper, ensuring they don’t stick together.
- Place in the fridge until set.
- Remove from the fridge and enjoy!
