Organic Chia Seeds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
4tbsp chia seeds
Oat M*lk Drink 1L (Minor Figures)
350ml Oat Drink (you can use any dairy-free milk)
Organic Maple Syrup 330g (Meridian)
4tbsp maple syrup
Organic Pecan Pieces 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tbsp Pecan Pieces
Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.5tsp Cinnamon Powder
Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 500ml (Sussex Wholefoods)
1tsp Coconut Oil
Other Ingredients
- 1 big apple
Method
- Mix chia seeds with 2tbsp maple syrup and 350ml dairy-free milk, place in the fridge and leave for at least 6 hours.
- Heat 1tsp of coconut oil on a medium pan. Chop your apple and add it to the hot oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon and gently fry for about 5 minutes – until soft.
- Once your chia pudding is ready, pour it into a glass or a bowl, top with cinnamon apples and your favourite nuts.
- Enjoy!
