Raw Cacao Butter, Organic 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
60ml Melted Cacao Butter
Coconut Milk Powder, Organic 150g (Biona)
8 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
Fine Oatmeal, Organic 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
5 Tbsp Fine Oatmeal
Organic Desiccated Coconut (500g) - Sussex WholeFoods
5 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Other Ingredients
- 50ml Hot Water
Method
- Dissolve coconut sugar in 50ml hot water.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and work the dough with your hands.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the pralines with your fingers, cover in desiccated coconut and put in the fridge for a further hour.
- Enjoy!
