Raw Cacao Butter, Organic 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
60ml Melted Cacao Butter
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
1 tbsp Coconut Sugar
Organic Cacao Powder (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
3 tbsp Cacao Powder
Pitted Dates 1kg (Healthy Supplies)
1/2 Cup Dates
Profusion Himalayan Rose Pink Salt - fine 500g
generous pinch of salt
Other Ingredients
- 50ml Hot Water
Method
- Mix dates with 50ml hot water and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Then blend in a blender or food processor.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients and work the dough with your hands.
- Form the truffles with your fingers, dust in cacao powder and put in the fridge for an hour.
- Enjoy!
