  • Very rich dark chocolate truffles.

  • 50ml Hot Water

Method

  1. Mix dates with 50ml hot water and leave to stand for about 15 minutes. Then blend in a blender or food processor.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients and work the dough with your hands.
  3. Form the truffles with your fingers, dust in cacao powder and put in the fridge for an hour.
  4. Enjoy!
