Fruit & Nut Muesli
Muesli is such a great breakfast recipe. It’s packed with slow burning energy that will help keep you going until lunch, and prevents blood sugar spikes. It’s also packed with superfoods like seeds and nuts that are so good for your body. Our fruit and nut muesli is simple to make, and economical too. You can tailor it to your tastes, use whatever you have in your cupboards and as long as you keep it in a sealed container, it should last several weeks. That’s of course, if you don’t devour it before then.
We love serving our muesli with chilled almond milk, but you can also sprinkle it over yoghurt and fruit to make it more filling!
