Get Lively Lassi
- Soothing and restorative.
- Dairy free, yoghurt free sweet lassi.

Manuka Honey Active 5+ 250 g (Littleover Apiaries)
1-2 Tbsp Manuka honey
Rose Water Essence 150ml (English Provender Co.)
1-2 tsp Rose water essence
Persian Saffron 1g (The Persian Trader)
Large pinch of Saffron strands
Chia Protein Powder, Organic 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 Tbsp Chia protein powder
Organic Cashew Nuts (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
30g of Cashew nuts, ground into a powder
Ground Cardamom 50g (Hampshire Foods)
⅛-¼tsp Cardamom powder, according to taste
Coconut Original Drink + Calcium, 1 Litre (KoKo)
500ml Coconut milk drink
Other Ingredients
- Fresh mint leaves, optional.
Method
- In a milk pan/non-stick saucepan pour the coconut milk drink and gently begin warming the liquid on the hob.
- Stir in the manuka honey, chia protein powder, rose water essence, saffron, ground cardamom and cashew nut powder.
- Bring to a slow simmer/gentle bubble. Allow the all the ingredients to infuse into the liquid for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the pan from the heat and pour into mugs or heat proof glasses.
- Serve with a sprig of mint in each cup.
