Get-up-and-Go Smoothie

1 Tbsp Oats.
Smooth Peanut Butter, Organic 280g (Meridian)
2 Tbsp Peanut Butter.
Pure Vanilla Powder, Organic 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Vanilla Powder.
Other Ingredients
- 1 handful of fresh Spinach Leaves
- 1 medium Banana
- 1 Apple, cored with skin left on.
- 200-300ml fresh, cold water.
Method
- Chop the peeled banana into a liquidiser.
- Add the spinach leaves and push down slightly.
- Spoon in the Peanut Butter, Rice Protein Powder and Vanilla Powder.
- Add the water. (You can always add more to achieve a thinner consistency.)
- Blend for 20-30 seconds, then serve.
