Roasted Hazelnuts, blanched 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
Roasted Hazelnuts 0.25 Cup
Organic Lemon Juice 200ml (Biona)
Lemon Juice 2tsp
Organic Yeast Flakes 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
Yeast Flakes 1tbsp
Organic Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml (Clearspring)
Olive Oil 5tbsp
Sea Salt Fine 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
a generous pinch of Salt
Organic Black Pepper Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
Black Pepper Powder to taste
Other Ingredients
- fresh basil 2 cups
- 1-2 garlic cloves
Method
- Remove basil leaves from stalks and place in a blender or food processor.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Taste and season according to taste.
