  • 50ml Hot Water

Method

  1. Dissolve coconut sugar in 50ml hot water.
  2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients (apart from whole hazelnuts) and work the dough with your hands.
  3. Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Form the truffles with your fingers. Don’t forget to put a hazelnut in each!
  5. Roll the truffles in ground hazelnuts and put them in the fridge for a further hour.
  6. Enjoy!
