Raw Cacao Butter, Organic 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
60ml Melted Cacao Butter
Ground Hazelnuts 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
7 Tbsp Ground Hazelnuts
Organic Coconut Sugar (1kg) - Sussex Wholefoods
3 Tbsp Coconut Sugar
Organic Cacao Powder (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
Coconut Milk Powder, Organic 150g (Biona)
1 Tbsp Coconut Milk Powder
Other Ingredients
- 50ml Hot Water
Method
- Dissolve coconut sugar in 50ml hot water.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients (apart from whole hazelnuts) and work the dough with your hands.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the truffles with your fingers. Don’t forget to put a hazelnut in each!
- Roll the truffles in ground hazelnuts and put them in the fridge for a further hour.
- Enjoy!
