Hibiscus and Raspberry Leaf Tea
A delicious, fruity, vibrant blend of hibiscus and raspberry leaf, which produces a refreshing purple brew. It can be served hot, or cold over ice.

Raspberry Leaf (Loose Tea) 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 heaped tsp
Hibiscus Flowers 50g, Fine Cut (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 heaped tsp
Other Ingredients
Method
1) Place the raspberry leaf and hibiscus flowers into a teapot and top up with boiling water.
2) Leave to infuse for at least five minutes.
3) Pour into a mug and add sweetener as desired.
