Organic Pistachios 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
500g Pistachios
Organic Sunflower Oil 500ml (Clearspring)
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
Method
- Place your pistachios in a blender or food processor.
- Blend on high speed, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. Be patient—this may take 5–10 minutes as the nuts break down into a smooth, buttery consistency.
- You can add 1-2tbsp of flavourless oil to achieve more creamy texture.
