1tsp Ground Allspice. One of the key Jamaican spices that makes an authentic Jerk Seasoning.
Organic Chilli Flakes 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
½ tsp Chilli Flakes.
Organic Thyme Leaves 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 tsp dried Thyme.
Organic Parsley Leaves 30g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp dried Parsley.
Organic Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg.
Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder (100g) - Sussex Wholefoods
¼ tsp Ground Ceylon Cinnamon.
Organic Black Pepper Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 tsp Ground Black Pepper.
Cayenne Pepper Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
½ tsp Cayenne Pepper.

1 Tbsp Garlic Powder.

Method
- Put all the ingredients into the container in which you are going to store the finished mix. Ensure that your chosen container is both clean and dry.
- Put the lid on and give the jar/container a good shake.
- This spice blend will keep its flavour for at least 2-3 months.
