Kiwi Green Tea Smoothie

- Sweetened with apple and Coconut Syrup.
Ceremonial Grade Matcha Green Tea, Organic 50g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 Tbsp Matcha Green Tea Powder
Barley Grass Juice Powder, Organic 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2 tsp Barley Grass Juice Powder
Austrian Pumpkin Seeds 500g (Healthy Supplies)
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Seeds
Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup, Organic 350g (Biona)
1 Tbsp Coconut Blossom Nectar Syrup
Other Ingredients
- 250ml of recently boiled water.
Method
- Chop the kiwi and apple (we kept the apple skin for extra fibre) straight into your liquidiser along with the rest of the ingredients apart from the Coconut Syrup.
- Whizz up for 30 seconds. Taste and then add the Coconut Syrup according to preference.
- Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Taste again and add more Coconut Syrup if you wish. Then serve.
