Loaded Nachos
This recipe uses our homemade Refried Black Beans recipe! Check out the recipe here! Nachos are such a great, simple recipe to make. It’s a guaranteed crowd pleaser, perfect for BBQs, picnics or parties!
Natural Corn Chips, Gluten-Free 250g (Amaizin)
250g Tortilla Crisps
50g grated vegan cheese
Organic Jalapeno Peppers 150g (Amaizin)
A tablespoon of chopped Jalapeno peppers
Aegean Pitted Green Olives with Garlic 400g (Attis)
2 tablespoons of chopped olives
Organic Sweetcorn 340g (Biona)
4 heaped tablespoons of sweetcorn
Creamy Oat Fraiche 200ml (Oatly)
A big dollop of oat fraiche
Mild Salsa Dip, Organic 260g (Biona)
2 tablespoons of salsa
Other Ingredients
- avocado
- red pepper
- fresh herbs
- cherry tomatoes
Method
- To make nachos, preheat your oven to 200°C, spread your nachos evenly on the baking tray, layer with refried beans, sprinkle with vegan cheese and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
- Remove from the oven and garnish with olives, tomatoes, peppers, jalapeno, avocado (or guacamole), salsa, vegan cream (optional) and fresh herbs. Enjoy!
