Organic Ground Almonds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
1cup ground almonds (125g)
Organic Coconut Flour, Gluten Free 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.5cup coconut flour (65g)
Organic Psyllium Husks 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.25cup psyllium husk (20g)
Ground Golden Flaxseed 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.25cup ground flax (30g)
Gluten-Free Baking Powder, Organic 250g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.5tsp baking powder
Bicarbonate of Soda 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.5tsp bicarbonate of soda
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
generous pinch of salt
Other Ingredients
- 500ml warm water.
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and prepare a lid for the pan.
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add in water and apple cider vinegar. Mix well using a wooden spoon. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Put the dough in the loaf pan and cover with a lid. Bake in the centre of the oven for about 45 minutes. Remove the lid and bake for further 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely before slicing (at least 3hours).
