Macadamia Nut Milk
- This dairy-free milk is quick, easy to make and delicious!
- Use it in your tea, coffee, smoothies or muesli.
- Add sweeteners or dates to adjust the sweetness.
- You can play around with the flavour by adding spices (cinnamon, cloves, vanilla…) or fresh fruits.
Macadamia Nuts 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
140g Macadamia Nuts (1 cup)
Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
a pinch of Salt
Other Ingredients
- 4 cups water (1L) + more to soak
Method
- Cover your macadamia nuts with water and soak for 2-3 hours.
- Discard the water and rinse well.
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the macadamia mix through a cheesecloth.

Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
