Method

  1. Cover dates with hot water and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Remove excess water.
  2. Cover mango with hot water and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Remove excess water.
  3. Place all ingredients (leave 5tbsp desiccated coconut aside) in a blender or food processor and blend until you reach a sticky paste.
  4. Form balls using your hands and roll them in desiccated coconut.
  5. That’s all, you can enjoy your delicious mango balls!
