Method
- Cover dates with hot water and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Remove excess water.
- Cover mango with hot water and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Remove excess water.
- Place all ingredients (leave 5tbsp desiccated coconut aside) in a blender or food processor and blend until you reach a sticky paste.
- Form balls using your hands and roll them in desiccated coconut.
