Mellow Moments Smoothie

  • Makes a rich, thick smoothie.
  • Barley Grass blends gently with the other flavours.
  • Sweetened only with Maple Syrup.
  • Enough for 2-3 servings.

Other Ingredients

Squeeze of lemon or lime juice
Half a large mango (or 1 small one)

Method

  1. Peel and chop the mango straight into your liquidiser. Add the Coconut Water, Lemon/Lime Juice, Freeze Dried Strawberry Powder and Barley Grass Powder, Chia Seed and Maple Syrup.
  2. Whizz up for 30 seconds.
  3. Stir or shake (depending on your machine) and blend again for another 30-40 seconds or until you have a smooth consistency. Taste, add more Maple Syrup if you wish. Then serve.
