Millet and Berry Porridge

Other Ingredients

  • Handful of fresh strawberries – sliced.

Method

  1. Add the millet flakes, vanilla powder, salt and milk to a pan and bring to the boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer for between 5 – 10 minutes, until the desired consistency has been achieved.
  3. Serve immediately. Top with sliced fresh strawberries, pecans, chia seeds, goji berries and drizzle with honey.
