Mixed Spice

Classic sweet spice blend.

Add to cakes, crumbles and other desserts.

Sprinkle onto toast and into porridge or yoghurt.

Makes around 40g of spice.

Method

  1. Measure out the ingredients into a clean, dry container with a lid. Make sure there’s enough room for the ingredients to move around freely.
  2. Now replace the lid and shake, shake, shake! Using a spoon or funnel, transfer the spice blend into a sterilised* jam jar or other spice container.
  3. Place in a cool dark cupboard until you are ready to use.
