Add to cakes, crumbles and other desserts.
Sprinkle onto toast and into porridge or yoghurt.
Makes around 40g of spice.

2 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
Organic Ginger Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
1 Tbsp Ground Ginger
Organic Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)

1½ tsp Ground Cloves

1½ tsp Ground Allspice
Fine Orange Peel 50g - Hampshire Foods
1 Tbsp Fine Orange Peel
Method
- Measure out the ingredients into a clean, dry container with a lid. Make sure there’s enough room for the ingredients to move around freely.
- Now replace the lid and shake, shake, shake! Using a spoon or funnel, transfer the spice blend into a sterilised* jam jar or other spice container.
- Place in a cool dark cupboard until you are ready to use.
