Other Ingredients
- 125ml Skimmed Milk
- 1-2 Tbsp of Natural Yoghurt
- 1-2 Tbsp of cold water
Method
- As the name suggests prepare this the night before you want your breakfast. In a bowl or lidded container (if taking to work, etc) add the oat bran and porridge oats.
- Stir in the vanilla powder, cinnamon powder and chia seed. Distribute these dry ingredients evenly through the oats.
- Add the yoghurt and milk. [Substitute dairy free yoghurt and a milk alternative if you want to make this dairy-free]. Mix thoroughly, cover and put in the fridge overnight.
- When you’re ready to have breakfast sprinkle over the pecan nuts.
- In a small cup or bowl add the Freeze-Dried Blueberries and stir in the water. Allow to soak for ten minutes. Stir in the honey and spoon over/stir through the oaty mix. Eat and enjoy!
