Fine Pink Himalayan Salt 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tbsp salt - to rim the glass
Organic Lime Juice 200ml (Biona)
50ml lime juice
Organic Light Agave Syrup 350g (Biona)
1tsp agave syrup
Sparkling Water in Glass Bottle 750ml (Harrogate Water)
sparkling water - to top the glass
Other Ingredients
- 200ml grapefruit juice
- ice
- grapefruit slices or lime wedges for garnish
Method
- Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass then dip the rim in a plate of coarse salt.
- In a shaker, combine the grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave nectar. Shake to mix the ingredients thoroughly. Pour to your glass.
- Add ice and top the glass with sparkling water.
- Garnish with grapefruit slice and some fresh aromatic herbs like thyme or mint.
