Organic Chia Seeds 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
4tbsp Organic Chia Seeds
Oat M*lk Drink 1L (Minor Figures)
380ml Oat Drink (you can use any dairy-free milk)
Organic Maple Syrup 330g (Meridian)
2tbsp Maple Syrup
Other Ingredients
- 2 fresh peaches
- Fresh fruit to garnish.
Method
- Mix chia seeds with 2tbsp maple syrup and 350ml dairy-free milk, place in the fridge and leave for at least 6 hours.
- Place peaches and 30ml dairy-free milk in a blender, blend until smooth.
- Once your chia pudding is ready, pour your peach mix on the bottom of the glass, layer it with your chia pudding and top it with your favourite fresh fruits.
