Peanut Butter Protein Balls

These Vegan Peanut Protein Balls are a tasty, energy-packed snack perfect for fuelling your day! Method

  1. Finely chop the peanuts.
  2. Stir all ingredients (apart from peanuts) together in a large mixing bowl until thoroughly combined.
  3.  Cover the mixing bowl and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
  4. Wet your hands and roll the mixture into desired size balls.
  5. Roll in the chopped peanuts.
  6. Enjoy!
