1 tbsp homemade pistachio butter

Buckwud Canadian Maple Syrup 250g (Rowse)

1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Natural Coconut Yoghurt 350g (The Coconut Collaborative)

2 tbsp yoghurt of your choice - for topping

  • fresh fruit for topping

Method

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine the oats, milk, pistachio butter, maple sweetener (if using), vanilla extract and chia seeds. Stir well to ensure everything is evenly mixed.
  2. Chill Overnight – cover and place in the fridge for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
  3. In the morning, give the oats a good stir. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of milk or water.
  4. Top with yoghurt, chopped pistachios and fresh fruit. Enjoy!
