150g Pumpkin Seeds
Organic Coconut Sugar 1kg (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tbsp Coconut Sugar
Organic Ceylon Cinnamon Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
0.25tsp Cinnamon Powder
Organic Ginger Powder 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
generous pinch of Ginger
Organic Ground Nutmeg 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
generous pinch of Nutmeg
Organic Ground Cloves 100g (Sussex Wholefoods)
pinch of Clove Powder

- 1tbsp water
Method
- Mix oil with water and spices in a bowl, add pumpkin seeds and mix well, making sure the seeds are coated.
- Preheat the frying pain on a medium heat. Add pumpkin seeds and fry stirring constantly until lightly browned and fragrant. Don’t let the seeds burn!
- Leave to cool and enjoy.
