Organic Unblanched Almonds (1kg) - Sussex WholeFoods
2 cups almonds.
Clear English Honey 340g by Littleover Apiary
5tbsp honey.
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Organic 250ml (Clearspring)
1tbsp olive oil.
Other Ingredients
- 1tbsp water.
Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C.
- Mix honey, olive oil and water in a big bowl. Add in almonds and mix to cover them evenly with the mixture.
- Spread almonds in a single layer on a baking paper and place in the oven.
- Roast the almonds in the oven, stirring them every five minutes until slightly browned and fragrant. This will take approximately 20 minutes.
- Remove the almonds from the oven, sprinkle with salt and leave to cool.
- Transfer to an airtight container and enjoy!
