40g Flax Seeds
Organic Nigella/Black Onion Seed [Kalonji] 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tbsp Kalonji Seeds
Organic Psyllium Husks 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
3tbsp Psyllium Husk
Ground Golden Flaxseed 500g (Sussex Wholefoods)
2tbsp Ground Flax Seeds

- 2.5 cups water
Method
1.Preheat your oven to 150ºC.
2.Place all ingredients in a big mixing bowl, mix well and leave to stand for 25 minutes.
3.Layer your baking tray with baking paper.
4. Transfer your seed dough onto a baking tray and spread into a thin layer (around 5mm thick).
4.After 30 minutes, remove your crackers from the oven and cut them into even slices, then place them back in the oven.
5.Bake for another 30 minutes, but keep an eye on your crackers to make sure they don’t burn! (You might want to bake them for +/- 15 minutes, depending on how browned you like your crackers).
6.Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely.
7.Transfer to an airtight container.
