0.25tsp Chilli Powder (skip if you don't like spicy flavours)
Soya Sauce, Organic 150ml (Clearspring)
1tbsp Soy Sauce
Organic Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil 500ml (Clearspring)
1tbsp Olive Oil
Method
- Mix oil with sugar, soy sauces and spices in a bowl, add pumpkin seeds and mix well, making sure the seeds are coated.
- Preheat the frying pain on a medium heat. Add pumpkin seeds and fry stirring constantly until lightly browned and fragrant. Don’t let the seeds burn!
- Leave to cool and enjoy.
