Stuffed Dates
- These stuffed dates could not be easier to make. They look so pretty once they are plated up and make the perfect canapé to serve at parties. We have made three different variations, but you can create your own stuffing from your favourite flavours! Sukkari dates make a great base, they are caramel-sweet and go well with sweet or savoury fillings.

Method
- Remove the stone from the dates. It is up to you how many dates you prepare. We recommend 2 – 3 dates per person. They can be quite sticky, so keep a bowl of warm water nearby to wash your hands.
- Variation 1: add 1 tsp coconut almond butter to your date. We love using Pip and Nuts squeezy pouches. It makes piping the nut butter into the date SO much easier. Add one sugared almond per date.
- Variation 2: carefully spoon in about 1 tsp maple peanut butter into each date. Finely chop your roasted peanuts and add to the top of the date. This flavours of this date is really reminiscent of snickers!
- Variation 3: gently spoon in about 1 tsp maple peanut butter into each date. Top with candied orange peel.
