Sunflower Cream Cheese

  • Spread it on toast, crackers, tortillas, or use as a dip.
  • Remember to soak the sunflower seeds overnight (or for at least 6h) before you start preparing the spread.
  • Dairy and gluten-free.

  • fresh herbs of your choice

Method

  1. Soak sunflower seeds overnight (or for at least 6 hours).
  2. Before you drain the sunflower seeds, mix them well using your hands and rub gently to let some skin float to the surface. Remove the skins and rinse your seeds well.
  3. Place all ingredients (apart from fresh herbs) in a blender and blend until you reach a smooth consistency.
  4. Add fresh herbs and mix well (or sprinkle with herbs if you prefer).
